We had been having issues with my husband’s Honda (we called it a poltergeist in the adaptive steering) for close to a year and had been to multiple repair facilities who were unable to diagnose and correct the issue. We had driven it from Florida to Maryland for a visit and had some scary experiences in the drive from the issue. Tom Hodges has been a good used car dealer for a long time. They still have a bit of the folksy Southern MD approach but they try very hard with at least 3 levels of management above your salesman somehow involved in the transaction. I believe not really necessary. Great facility, very friendly, and definitely service oriented. Owner's presence is very welcoming though this time we did not deal with him. He's very good finding the used car that you want, bringing it to the dealership for you to peruse and purchase if you would like.

I hate car shopping. I wanted to go to Tom Hodges because they have a good reputation and they are close to where I live. I contacted Cynthia and told her what I was looking for and my price range. When I went in she had a couple for me to look at and I fell in love with the first one. It was a totally pleasant experience from entering the building to driving home. EVERYONE was nice and friendly and helpful. Less than 3 hours from start to finish — my kind of deal. Totally pleased with them.
